Our story
Ellery Stoneware was formed to bring people together over a shared meal. Inspired by our founder’s grandfather, Ellery, a man whose life revolved around family, love, and care; we set out to handcraft luxury ceramics for any and all occasions.
Each piece we create is designed to be timeless, elegant, and enduring; but the true beauty of the work isn’t complete until it’s in use; filled with the meals you prepare, shared with the people you love. The plates, bowls, and cups serve as blank canvases, waiting for you to write your own story.
Our hope is that they will become the centerpieces of your table, sparking connection and conversation, and that they’ll carry your stories forward, becoming heirlooms passed down through generations.
“My grandpa purchased a cup from me early in my ceramics journey. For the last years of his life, he used that cup almost every night, enjoying a glass of whiskey and a meal alongside conversations with loved ones. When he passed away, my uncle told me that cup was as important to him as anything his dad ever owned. The cup now belongs to my uncle, who continues to use it frequently. That moment curated the inception of Ellery Stoneware.”
